Gluten Free Cuisine

 Gluten is a protein component of cereals present in wheat and in some varieties of cereals such as pearl barley, spelt, triticale, barley and rye. Consequently, it is present in all food produced with these types of cereals.

Bread, pasta, Flour, pizza and biscuits and generally all bakery products. Unfortunately, not all are able to tolerate this and this intolerance takes its name from Coeliac disease; Bottega Torciano takes a lot to all its customers and in order to enable him to live a pleasant experience, also proposes a kitchen without gluten, which possesses the same quality and goodness of traditional cuisine.
