Hi! I'm Victoria!

I am here to tell you what is the Mediterranean diet and why I decided, following the advice of my mother, healthy eating following the mediterranean diet!

MEDITERRANEAN DIET

The diet more healthy and balanced diet is that of the Mediterranean that allows me to eat bread and pasta, while limiting the intake of too many sweets that hurt.

The presence of fruit, vegetables and legumes brings about a high quantity of fibers and enables me to feel satisfied, while as regards the fats, mostly derived from plant sources, which are not harmful to our body: it is not by chance that the symbol of the Mediterranean diet is olive oil.


Thanks to this diet now I eat much fish, white meat, dairy products and eggs. I eat a lot less red meat but use the tasty olive oil of Tenuta Torciano, tasty that makes it more tasty everything that I eat! In addition, our olive oil, contains many fats less harmful than those of animal proteins!
