Cooking Class
HANDMADE PASTA


Pasta cooking school offers a relaxed and reverent environment to teach the secrets of Tuscan cuisine. Enjoy your wonderful creations of three types of pasta, for lunch or dinner, followed by tasting of products including wine, oil and balsamic vinegar. With the assistance of a chef you will learn how to knead, cut or fill the ravioli; to form gnocchi, tagliatelle or other varieties; of homemade pasta. Our chef's recipes are based on freshness and high quality; of local ingredients, on Italian tradition and in-depth experience.


The Pasta Class includes:

- Preparation of threekind of handmade pasta

- Cooking Lesson with our cooks and assistants in English.

- Lunch or Dinner with recipes prepared together

 
     

The lunch or dinner will have
following menu

 

- Appetizers: Tuscan cheeses and salami, Bruschetta and snack.

- Unique Course: The Three types of pasta we have prepared together, with the their sauces.

- Dessert: Dessert wine with tuscan biscuits

Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free menu avaiable on request

The private school of cooking of sweets offers a relaxed and reverent atmosphere to the teaching of Tuscan culinary secrets. Enjoy your wonderful creations of three types of desserts for lunch or dinner, followed by tastings of products including wine, oil and balsamic vinegar. Through the assistance of a professional chef, you will learnto knead, cut, roll, fill and mix, etc etc. Our chef's recipes are based on freshness and quality; of local ingredients, on Italian tradition and in-depth experience. 


The lesson includes:

- Preparation ofof three different and delicious types of homemade desserts, where the chef explains the most important aspects; preparation technicians so that you can make them, comfortably even in your kitchen.

- Appetizers: Crostini Toscani, Crostini with Tomatoes, Crostini with Sausage and Stracchino.

If you love cooking, come and learn with our chef the authentic Italian cuisine. You will prepare together the homemade pasta and other simple and delicious Tuscan recipes, incredible sauces, meats and desserts using only fresh ingredients;Here you will learn the art of cutting, braising, boiling, cooking, etc etc together with the secrets of the WINE/FOOD combinationin a sober, informal environment. 


The cooking class includes:

Preparation: of an Appetizer, First course, Second Course and Daily Dessert. The theme is chosen by our Chef according to the seasonality of the products.

Learn how to cut, braise, boil, cook and roast a complete Tuscan meal

- Lunch or Dinner we dishes prepared together
